KultureCity Training!

Potter Park Zoo is proud to be a KultureCity Certified Inclusive Location!
KultureCity’s sensory inclusive program is designed to help guests with sensory needs like PTSD, autism, dementia, strokes, etc feel welcomed. They do this by combining training by professionals, sensory bags, and signage.  This program helps ensure the best guest experience for those with sensory needs, ensuring that everyone can attend and have fun.

In order to maintain our certification, we are required to do annual inclusivity training for our staff and volunteers. Click the button below to get started!
